15 New Mission Presidents to Begin Serving in July 2014

Fifteen mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin their service in July.

Korea Busan Mission

Kenneth Scott Barrow, 54, and Diane Kay Barrow, five children, Sugar Land 2nd Ward, Houston Texas South Stake, succeeding President Lynn A. Gilbert and Sister Cindy B. Gilbert. Brother Barrow serves as a stake president and is a former counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor, bishop, Scoutmaster, seminary teacher, and missionary in the Korea Seoul Mission. Sister Barrow serves as a Church-service missionary and is a former ward Relief Society president, counselor in ward Young Women and Primary presidencies, Cub Scout leader, and ward missionary. Born in Canton, Ohio, to Lawrence Allen and Carol May Kennington Reichenbach.

Kentucky Louisville Mission

Rulon Larry Brough, 64, and Estella Joy Brough, four children, Enoch Utah 1st Ward, Enoch Utah Stake, succeeding President W. Richards Woodbury and Sister Rebecca B. Woodbury. Brother Brough serves as a temple ordinance worker and is a former stake president, bishop, branch president, counselor in a ward Young Men presidency, Scout leader, stake mission president, and missionary in the England South Mission. Brazil Rio de Janeiro Mission

Antônio Marcos Cabral de Sousa, 54, and Rita Maria Nascimento Cabral, two children, Mondubim Ward, Fortaleza Brasil Bom Sucesso Stake, succeeding President Geraldo Lima and Sister Lúcia M. Lima. Brother Cabral serves as a bishop and is a former counselor in a mission presidency, stake president, bishop, branch president, and elders quorum president. Brazil São Paulo Interlagos Mission

Loren Grant Dalton, 52, and Annette Nielsen Dalton, four children, Placentia 2nd Ward, Placentia California Stake, succeeding President R. Pacheco Pinho and Sister Beatriz P. Pinho. Brother Dalton is a former counselor in a mission presidency, bishop, counselor in a bishopric, high councilor, elders quorum president, ward Young Men president, and missionary in the Brazil São Paulo South Mission. Brazil Maceio Mission

Henrique Gomes Jr., 58, and Maria Aparecida Pereira da Silva Gomes, three children, Votorantim Ward, Sorocaba Brazil Barcelona Stake, succeeding President Mauricio G. Gonzaga and Sister Claudia S. Gonzaga. David Ted Lisonbee, 60, and Bianca Palmieri Lisonbee, five children, Windsor 6th Ward, Orem Utah Windsor Stake, succeeding President James W. Hart and Sister Laurel Hart. Brother Lisonbee served with his wife as a missionary in the Italy Milan Mission and is a former counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor, bishop, counselor in a bishopric, Young Men adviser, and missionary in the Brazil North Central Mission.
