Autumn Concert for the Orchestra at Temple Square

The annual concert from the Orchestra at Temple Square will be held in the Tabernacle on Temple Square on October 22 and 23 at 7:30 p.m. The event will last approximately 105 minutes.

The orchestra will perform various works including Overture from Tannhäuser by Richard Wagner, Gustav Mahler’s Adagietto from Symphony no. 5, and Symphony in D Minor by César Franck. Igor Gruppman will conduct.

This event is free and requires tickets. Tickets will be available beginning Tuesday, September 14, 2010, and can be acquired by calling 801-570-0080 or going to ChurchofJesusChrist.org/events. Limit of four tickets per person. Admission to this event is limited to those ages eight and older.

Best dress is requested. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. the evening of the event. Patrons with tickets should be in their seats 15 minutes before the event start time. Standby seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The standby line will form at the flagpole on Temple Square.
