The general priesthood meeting will be held in the Conference Center on Saturday, October 5, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. MDT.

In the past, the priesthood session of general conference was only broadcast live to meetinghouses via the Church's satellite system. The live broadcast will now be available from the following additional sources:

Mormonchannel.org and Mormon Channel mobile apps: Video and audio in English and Spanish.

In addition, many local cable and radio stations make conference readily available. Visit www.bonneville.info for broadcast information or check local listings.

The Church announced September 24 that the change was “part of a continued effort to make general conference proceedings more accessible to members around the globe.”

However, where distances permit, the Church is encouraging priesthood holders to attend the general priesthood meeting at their local chapel. The meetinghouse broadcast represents an important tradition and is an especially uplifting experience for young men who hold the Aaronic Priesthood.
