Eight New Mission Presidents Called to Serve

Eight mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin their service in July.

France Paris Mission

Frédéric J. and Marie-Françoise Babin

Frédéric Jean Babin, 53, and Marie-Françoise Babin, four children, Evry Ward, France Paris South Stake. Brother Babin is a former counselor in a mission presidency, counselor in a stake presidency, stake Young Men president, bishop, counselor in a bishopric, elders quorum president, ward mission leader and missionary in the Utah Salt Lake City South Mission. Executive vice president of HR, Ipsen. Born in Chatou, France, to Jean Albert and Francine Tulasne Babin.

Sister Babin serves as a stake Relief Society president and is a former stake Young Women president, ward Relief Society president, counselor in a ward Young Women presidency, counselor in a ward Primary presidency, ward Young Women adviser, ward Primary teacher and missionary in the Belgium Brussels Mission. Weatherford T. and Lisa T. Clayton

William Weatherford T. Clayton, 61, and Lisa Thomas Clayton, five children, Eagleridge Ward, North Salt Lake Utah Stake:  Brother Clayton is a former stake president, counselor in a stake presidency, bishop, ward Young Men president, ward mission leader and missionary in the Canada Montreal Mission. Rodolfo C. and Cristina B. Franco

Rodolfo Ciro Franco, 54, and Cristina Beatriz Franco, three children, Oquirrh Lake Ward, South Jordan Utah Oquirrh Lake Stake: Argentina Resistencia Mission.
