Young adults around the world are invited to join in for a worldwide devotional on Sunday night featuring Elder Kim B. Clark, General Authority Seventy and Commissioner of the Church Educational System.

“I hope you will join me for the next worldwide devotional for young adults,” Elder Clark said in a video posted online. “Please come. I want to take you back to the early days of the Restoration, when Joseph Smith was a young adult.”

Originating from the Tabernacle in downtown Salt Lake City, the live broadcast is for all young adults—both married and single—and high school seniors. The broadcast will be translated into 20 languages and available online throughout the world.

“Joseph became the great prophet of the Restoration, but I want to take you back to a time before that, when Joseph faced uncertainties and difficulties,” Elder Clark said. “There are important lessons in what Joseph did and how the Lord blessed him. The Lord works in your life the way he worked in Joseph’s so, I hope you will join me in this journey of discovery, devotion and faith on May 7th.”

Elder Clark invited young adults to prepare for the devotional by reading and pondering Section 3 of the Doctrine and Covenants.

“I look forward to our time together,” he said.

The broadcast begins at 6 p.m. MDT and will be available live via the Church satellite system, devotionals.lds.org, mormonchannel.org, the Mormon Channel for Roku, and the Mormon Channel app.

For people who are unable to watch the live transmission, a recording—in addition to past devotionals—will be available shortly after the event on devotionals.lds.org and on the LDS Gospel Library app. The devotional will be available in more languages after the event.
