The general presidents of the Relief Society, Young Women, and Primary recently discussed changes in the auxiliaries that affect LDS women, young women, and girls eight years of age and older throughout the world.

Wixom provide insights into how an international Young Women board, integrated global auxiliary training for leaders, and the new general women's meeting will help their organizations reach out to a growing international Church membership.
“We may live in different countries. We may have different cultures,” says Sister Wixom. “But our needs are the same, and our purpose is the same as women.”
The leaders say the changes will help unify the women of all ages in the Church as they celebrate womanhood, increase the feeling of sisterhood, and help each other make and keep covenants.
