The following are newly created and recently reorganized stakes announced during September of 2015.
New Stakes
Seven new stakes have been created.
A new stake has been created from a division of the Abidjan Cote d’Ivoire toit Rouge Stake. The Abidjan Cote d’Ivoire Yopougon Attie Stake, which consists of the Andokoi, Foncier, Koute, Nankoko, Simer, Toit Rouge 2nd, and Toit Rouge 3rd Wards, was created by Elder Terence M. Vinson of the Seventy.
ABIDJAN COTE D’IVOIRE YOPOUGON ATTIE STAKE (September 6, 2015): President—Pauwa Tantcha Richard Traore, 34, manager; wife, Edwige Chantai Traore. Counselors—Gildas Igor Madoli Lokpo, 33, training assistant; wife, Deborah Lokpo. Akre Paul Kevin Danho, 34, commercial supervisor; wife, Grasse Michelle Hermance Danho.
A new stake has been created from the San Jose Costa Rica La Paz and San Jose Costa Rica Los Yoses Stakes. The Cartago Costa Rica Stake, which consists of the Los Santos and San Isidro del General Branches and the Cartago, Paraiso, San Diego, Tres Rios, and Turrialba Wards, was created by Elder Kevin R. Duncan of the Seventy and Elder Valeri V. Cordón, an Area Seventy.

A new stake has been created from the Limón Costa Rica District and San José Costa Rica Los Yoses Stake. The Guápiles Costa Rica Stake, which consists of the Cariari and Puerto Viejo Branches and the Guacimo, Guápiles, La Rita, Pococi, Puerto Limón, and Siquirres Wards, was created by Elder Adrián Ochoa of the Seventy and Elder Ricardo Valladares, an Area Seventy.

A new stake has been created from the Liberia Costa Rica District. The Liberia Costa Rica Stake, which consists of the Nicoya Branch and the Cañas, La Victoria, Liberia, San Roque, and Santa Cruz Wards, was crated by Elder Kevin R. Duncan of the Seventy and Elder Carlos F. Arredondo, an Area Seventy.
LIBERIA COSTA RICA STAKE (July 19, 2015): President—David Joseph Patey, 39, CEO, Africa Safari Reserve; wife, Lori Marie Mills Patey. A new stake has been created from the division of the Angeles Philippines Stake. The Mabalacat Philippines Stake, which consists of the Santa Lucia Branch and the Balibago, Dau, Mabalacat 1st, Mabalacat 2nd, and Pandan Wards, was created by Elder Shayne M. Bowen and Elder Allen D. Haynie of the Seventy.

A new stake has been created from a division of the Tooele Utah North Stake. The Tooele Utah West Stake, which consists of the Overlake 1st, Overlake 4th, Overlake 5th, Tooele 7th, Tooele 18th, and Tooele 26th Wards, was created by Elder C. Scott Grow of the Seventy and Elder Lynn L. Summerhays, an Area Seventy.

A new stake has been created from a division of the Greeley Colorado Stake and the Loveland Colorado Stake. The Windsor Colorado Stake, which consists of the Bison Ridge, Carlson Farm, Johnstown, Milliken, Peak View, Severance, and Windsor Wards, was created by Elder Jorge F. Zeballos of the Seventy and Elder Donald D. Deshler, an Area Seventy.
