New stakes
Six new stakes have been created.
A new stake has been created from the Prague Czech Republic District. The Prague Czech Republic Stake, which consists of the Hradec Králové, Jihlava, Liberec, Olomouc, Plzen, Trebíc, Uherské, Zlín, and České Budejovice Branches and the Brno, Jicin, Ostrava, and Praha Wards, was created by President Dieter F. Uchtdorf of the First Presidency; Elder Timothy J. Dyches, a General Authority Seventy; and Elder Detlef H. Adler, an Area Seventy.
PRAGUE CZECH REPUBLIC STAKE (May 15, 2016): President—Martin Pilka, 50, self-employed/developer; wife, Alena Lysonková Pilková. A new stake has been created from the Saratoga Springs Utah Crossroads Stake. The Saratoga Springs Utah Mount Saratoga Stake, which consists of the Riverside 1st, Riverside 2nd, Saratoga Springs 7th, Saratoga Springs 10th, Sunrise Meadows 1st, Sunrise Meadows 2nd, Sunrise Meadows 3rd, and Sunset Haven Wards, was created by Elder Marcus B. Nash, a General Authority Seventy, and Elder Alin Spannaus, an Area Seventy.

A new stake has been created from the Tarija Bolivia Stake. The Tarija Bolivia Tabladita Stake, which consists of the Central, Cuatro de Julio, Panamericano, Senac, and Tabladita Wards, was created by Elder Juan A. Uceda, a General Authority Seventy, and Elder Mathias Held, an Area Seventy.

Curtis Jr., a General Authority Seventy, and Elder Declan O. Madu, an Area Seventy.

Craig Zwick, a General Authority Seventy, and Elder Karl M. Tilleman, an Area Seventy.
