How do you teach young men to lead as the Savior would?
The Church has produced new videos to help young men learn how to minister and lead an Aaronic Priesthood quorum, which in turn will prepare them for missionary work and fatherhood.
At the recent Aaronic Priesthood auxiliary leadership training event, members of the Young Men general board shared some of the videos that model effective Aaronic Priesthood quorums and quorum presidency meetings. Effective quorums, they said, can help young men prepare for missionary work by encouraging them to perform missionary work today.
According to Brother David L. Beck, Young Men general president, who also spoke at the training meeting, “The Aaronic Priesthood is a ministering priesthood. It has duties to watch over, to be with, to strengthen, to visit” and is “a preparatory priesthood to fatherhood.”
