Even as the ongoing 2014 Winter Games gain full steam in Sochi, Russia, thousands of athletes across the globe are preparing for the chance to compete in the 2014 Paralympic Games.
This year’s edition of the Paralympic Winter Games will be staged March 16–17 at the Olympic venues in Sochi and will feature a variety of winter sports being contested by athletes with disabilities.
Past Paralympics have included many Latter-day Saint athletes. The Church News is hoping to identify such men and women participating in the 2014 Paralympic Games.
