  • 7 June 2011

A new section of FamilySearch.org offers “how-to” technological guides.

With genealogy becoming a technologically advanced pastime, FamilySearch has launched a new section on its website called FamilySearch TechTips.

TechTips offers instructions on how to store photographs, share files, and scan images, and explanations about the mobile applications available to family historians.

TechTips was developed to help familiarize genealogy enthusiasts with genealogy-related technology.

TechTips is designed like an online technology magazine, with step-by-step guides to help users find answers to their technological queries.
