Quick Tip: Printing Your Official Tax Summary from LDS.org

You can print your official Tax Summary Statement by selecting My Account and Ward in the upper right corner of your screen, and then choosing Donations.

You can print your official Tax Summary Statement directly from LDS.org.

  1. Go to donations.lds.org. (You can also navigate to it on LDS.org by selecting My Account and Ward in the upper right corner of your screen and then choosing Donations.)
  2. In the left margin, click on Donor Statements. Then select which tax form you want to print: Official Task Statement or Statement of Contributions.

If you have donated through Online Donations (donations.lds.org) and logged in using an LDS Account associated with your membership record number (MRN), then your statement will include all your donations, including any donations you made directly to your ward or branch.

Adding a membership record number to your LDS Account

If you have used an LDS Account that was not associated with a membership record number (MRN), then you should add your record number to your account so that future statements will include all of your donations:

  1. Go to ldsaccount.lds.org/membership and log in to your account with the username you used to log in to Online Donations.
  2. Click Membership.
  3. Enter your membership record number (MRN). 
  4. Click Save.
