Stake Presidents Called to Lead New and Reorganized Stakes

New stake presidents have been called to preside over three new stakes and several reorganized stakes.

NEW STAKES

Three new stakes have been created.

A new stake has been created from the Abobo Ivory Coast Stake. The Abobo Ivory Coast East Stake, which includes the Bobo, Agbekoi, Akeikoi 1st, Akeikoi 2nd, Ile Verte, M’Ponon, and Plaque Wards, was created by Elder LeGrand R. Curtis Jr. of the Seventy.

A new stake has been created from the Tema Ghana Stake. The Ashaiman Ghana Stake, which includes the Kawenyha and Michel Camp Branches and the Adjei Kojo, Shaiman, Bethlehem, Kpone, Lebanon, Sun City, and Zenu Wards, was created by Elder Edward Dube of the Seventy and Elder John Attah Korangteng, an Area Seventy.

A new stake has been created from the Taipei Taiwan West Stake. The Taipei Taiwan South Stake, which includes the Ankang, Ching Hsin, Mu Cha, Suang Ho 1st and Suang Ho 2nd wards, was created by Elder Gerrit W. Gong of the Seventy and Jui-Chang Ruan, an Area Seventy.
