Legacy

At times during the years I served in junior Sunday School I yearned to attend my own adult class, to hear gospel truths taught and meet new members of our ward. I felt there were opportunities I was missing. But just one morning of cuddling a shy little one on my lap while he renewed his courage to attend class, or one small child looking into my face and wistfully confiding that he loved me was enough to remind me why I was there.

And so, to those Primary teachers and leaders who now have them on Sundays, I commend my little charges with a prayer that they will make every effort to be there faithfully and to give courage to the timid, and constancy and love to all.

It is a special fulfillment to labor with these of whom the Lord’s kingdom is made. Della J. Cameron, Chico, California
