A Time to Talk

At one time or another each of us is afraid. Some things we fear are real—bites, falling, death of loved ones. Some things we fear are only imaginary—fear of the dark, animals, lonely places, imaginary people. When we are afraid, we are acting normally. We become less afraid when we try to understand and talk about what it is that frightens us. When we talk about our fears to our parents, we usually feel better inside. When we talk about our fears to our Father in heaven, we usually feel comforted. It is good to understand and talk to someone about our fears.
