Lost Balloons

Red balloon,

Yellow balloon,

Round and bright

As a tethered moon.

Blue balloon,

Green balloon,

You pop too easily

And too soon!

But sometimes when

I don’t hold tight

And you fly off

And out of sight,

Is it to orbit

Day and night

And be my private

Satellite?
