Shamrock Cheese

Place a 3-ounce package of creamed cheese in a bowl. Beat with a fork. Add 1 tablespoon evaporated milk and 1 teaspoon onion salt. Mix thoroughly and chill in refrigerator about 15 minutes.

Snip a handful of parsley with scissors and place on waxed paper.

Shape cheese into balls about the size of ping-pong balls and roll them in parsley.

Arrange three of these balls on a lettuce leaf in the shape of a shamrock. Make a stem from a thin strip of green pepper.

Emerald Isle Salad

Open a can of sliced pineapple and add green food coloring for desired shade. It will take approximately one hour for the slices to absorb the color.

Arrange mounds of watercress of lettuce on each plate to be served. Place a slice of pineapple on each mound.
