    Corned Beef Bun-Wiches
    Creamy Cole Slaw
    Banana Milk Shakes

    Corned Beef Bun-Wiches

    8 hot dog or hamburger buns

    1 (12-ounce) can shredded corned beef

    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

    1 (2-ounce) jar stuffed green olives, chopped

    1/2 cup catsup

    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

    1. Split buns and remove soft centers. (Save centers to make into crumbs.)

    2. Combine remaining ingredients and fill buns with mixture.

    3. Wrap individually in foil and freeze.

    4. To serve, heat at 375° for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

    Creamy Cole Slaw

    3 cups shredded cabbage

    2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

    1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

    1 tablespoon vinegar

    1 tablespoon sugar

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1. Combine cabbage and onion.

    2. Blend together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and salt.

    3. Pour over vegetables, then toss.

    Banana Milk Shakes

    4 medium bananas

    2 cups milk

    4 large scoops vanilla ice cream

    2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

    1. Peel and cut bananas into electric blender.

    2. Blend bananas until smooth (about 15 seconds).

    3. Add milk and ice cream and blend about 15 seconds. Add sugar if desired.
