On September 1, 1947, the first Finnish Mission was opened. If you were to go on a mission to Finland, you would learn to speak Suomi. You would teach the evankeliumi to the Finnish people, telling them about the Mormonin Kirja and the profeetat, Joseph Smith and Spencer W. Kimball. With usko, rukous, and työ many people could be kastettu into the My öohempien Aikojen Pyhien Jeesuksen Kristuksen Kirkko. (Pronunciation not given because of difficulty.)
