Slice carrots into 1/8″ (3 mm) thick rounds. Put a dab of peanut butter on each round, and top with a few raisins.
Freeze fruit juice or punch in ice cube trays. When frozen, place three to six cubes in blender. Blend until cubes become snow. Serve in a glass.
Alternately stack three slices of ham and three slices of cheese. Cut into small squares and push toothpick through middle of each stack.
Cut crust off piece of bread. Spread bread with cream cheese, then with jam. Sprinkle raisins on top and roll up bread. Secure with toothpick.
4 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup raisins
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
For each serving, peel banana, slice in half lengthwise, and place in bowl. Put scoop of cottage cheese on top. Drain can of fruit cocktail, and spoon it over cottage cheese. Top with cherry.
