Caped Scarecrow Party Favors
For each scarecrow, you will need: ball-shaped lollipop, colored tissue, felt-tip pen, rubber band or wire twist, apple.
Optional: candy corn to scatter around apple for scarecrow to protect.

Wrap candy part of lollipop in middle of tissue. Secure with rubber band or wire twist to make cape effect.

Draw scarecrow’s face with pen.

Push lollipop stick into apple.
