Body Blessings

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after _____________ for they shall be filled (Matt. 5:6).

To complete the beatitude, cross out the items on the list that are bad for our bodies. The first letter of each of the remaining items will spell out the missing word. Then look up 3 Nephi 12:6 and compare the two verses to see an example of the “plain and precious things which have been taken away” (1 Ne. 13:40).
