The Two Balloons

My mom took my four-year-old brother and me to a new frozen custard store. My brother and I each got a balloon. Mine was white, and my brother’s was blue. The wind blew away his blue balloon. I said, “You can have my white balloon.”

My brother said, “Thank you, Wendy.” I felt good.
