My Zoo

I’d like to have a monkey

And two white mice;

A roomful of elephants

Would be rather nice.

But while I am waiting

To capture some of these,

I have a little jar

Full of fresh green leaves.

There a cricket, a beetle,

And a small black bug

Will stay a day or two

All happy and snug!
