If you have leftovers in your fridge from a big family dinner, turn them into another delicious meal.
2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup frozen green beans, thawed
1 package stuffing mix, prepared according to package directions
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup grated cheese
Mix the turkey and soup in a bowl, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20-cm) baking dish. Layer the green beans, stuffing, and mashed potatoes on top of the turkey.
Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 15 minutes or until heated through. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to the oven until cheese is melted.
