Are you starving for a snack after school? Here’s a yummy one you can make in a hurry.
4 whole graham crackers
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup regular or low-fat peanut butter
4 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup coconut flakes
Wash your hands with soap and water.
Put graham crackers in a medium-sized plastic bag. Roll a rolling pin back and forth over the crackers until they are fine crumbs.
In a small bowl, mix cracker crumbs, raisins, peanut butter, and honey.
Roll a teaspoonful of batter into a ball, and flatten it into a cookie shape. Press lightly into the coconut flakes.
