ʻOfa Heʻene Faʻeé

Kuo ʻomi ʻa e talí ʻe he kau palōfita ʻa e ʻEikí.

ʻOku ou fie lea he pongipongí ni ki hoku ngaahi fohá mo e ngaahi tamaí kotoa. ʻE lava fēfē ʻe ha tamai ʻo ohi hake he ʻahó ni ha ʻofefine fiefia, mo fiemālie ʻi ha māmani ʻoku fakautuutu ai e koví? Kuo ʻomi ʻa e talí ʻe he kau palōfita ʻa e ʻEikí. Ko ha tali faingofua mo moʻoni—“Ko e meʻa mahuʻinga taha ʻe lava ke fai ʻe ha tamai maʻa [hono ʻofefiné] ko ʻene ʻofa ʻi [heʻene] faʻeé.”1 Ko e founga ʻokú ke ʻofa ‘aki heʻene faʻeé, te ke akoʻi ai ho ʻofefiné ki he anga-vaivaí, mateakí, fakaʻapaʻapá, manavaʻofá, mo e anganofó. Te ne ako mei hoʻo sīpingá ʻa e meʻa ʻoku fie maʻu mei he kau talavoú mo e faʻahinga ʻulungāanga ke maʻu ʻe hano hoa he kahaʻú. Te ke lava ʻo fakahā ki ho ʻofefiné ʻi he founga ʻokú ke ʻofa mo fakaʻapaʻapaʻi ʻaki ho uaifí, ke ne kumi hano mali ʻe ʻofa mo fakaʻapaʻapaʻi iá. ʻE hanga ʻe hoʻo sīpingá ʻo akoʻi ho ʻofefiné ke ne fakamahuʻingaʻi ʻa e tuʻunga fakaefefiné. ʻOkú ke fakahaaʻi kiate ia ko e ʻofefine ia ʻo e Tamai Hēvaní, pea ʻokú Ne ʻofa ʻiate ia.

ʻOfa moʻoni heʻene faʻeé kae fakalangi hoʻomo nofo malí. Hili hono fakakakato ʻe Nīfai hono langa e temipale ʻi he maomaonganoá, naʻá ne pehē, “Pea … naʻa mau nofo ʻi he fiefia.”2 Ko e “fiefiá” ʻoku maʻu ia he temipalé.

ʻOku mau akoʻi ho ʻofefiné ki hono mahuʻinga ʻo e fakahoko mo tauhi ʻo e ngaahi fuakava toputapú. ʻOku mau akoʻi ia ke fai ha tukupā he taimí ni ke ne moʻui taau maʻu pē ke hū ʻi he temipalé pea ʻoua naʻá ne fakaʻatā ha meʻa ke ne fakatoloi, tohoakiʻi, pe taʻofi ia mei he taumuʻa ko iá. ʻI hoʻo hoko ko e tamaí, ʻoku mālohi ange lea hoʻo faʻifaʻitakiʻangá ʻi he meʻa ʻoku mau lea ʻakí. ʻOku hohaʻa ʻa e kau finemuí ki heʻenau ngaahi tamaí. ʻOku fakahā ʻe ha tokolahi ko ʻenau holi maʻongoʻonga tahá ke nau toe fakataha honau fāmilí ʻi he taʻengatá. ʻOku nau fie maʻu ke ke ʻi he temipalé ʻi he taimi te nau hū pe mali ai ʻi he temipalé. Feinga ke ke vāofi mo ho ʻofefiné pea tokoni ke ne teuteu mo moʻui taau ki he temipalé. ʻI he hoko hono taʻu 12, ʻave ia ke mo toutou ō ki he temipalé ke fakahoko e papitaiso ki hoʻo ngaahi kuí mo e niʻihi kehé.

ʻOku feinga e ʻulungāanga fakafonua manakoa ʻo e ʻaho ní ke fakaʻauha mo tuku hifo ho fatongia taʻengata ko ha pēteliake mo ha tamaí mo fakasiʻia ho ngaahi fatongia mahuʻinga tahá. Kuo foaki atu ʻeni kiate koe “tuʻunga ʻi he palani fakalangi,” pea ʻi hoʻo hoko ko e tamaí, ʻokú ke “puleʻi ai [ho] fāmilí ʻi he ʻofa mo e māʻoniʻoni pea ko [homou] fatongiá ke tokonaki ʻa e ngaahi fie maʻu ʻo e moʻuí pea mo ha maluʻi maʻa [homou] ngaahi fāmilí.”3

Ngaahi tamai, ʻoku mou maluʻi homou ngaahi ʻapí, uaifí, mo hoʻomou fānaú. ʻI he ʻaho ní, “ʻoku ʻikai ko ha meʻa faingofua ke maluʻi ha fāmili ʻo ha taha mei he hū mai ʻa e koví ki [honau] ʻatamaí mo e laumālié. … ʻOku lava e ngaahi ivi tākiekina ko ʻení ʻo hū noaʻia pē ki ho ʻapí. [ʻOku fuʻu poto ʻaupito] ʻa Sētane. ʻOku ʻikai fie maʻu ia ke ne haveki ʻa e matapaá.”4

Kuo pau ke mou hoko ko e kau maluʻi ʻo e angamaʻá. “ʻOku angamaʻa ʻa e maʻu lakanga fakataulaʻeikí. ʻOku ʻuhinga ʻa e angamaʻá ko e pau ke [mou] fakakaukau mo tōʻonga maʻa.… Ko e angamaʻá … ko ha ʻulungāanga faka-ʻOtua ia. ʻOku tatau [ia] mo e māʻoniʻoní.”5 ʻOku faka-Kalaisi ʻa e ngaahi ʻulungāanga mahuʻinga ʻo e Kau Finemuí ʻa ia ʻoku kau ai ʻa e angamaʻá. ʻOku mau kōlenga atu he taimí ni ke tau kau fakataha ʻi hono tataki e māmaní ke foki ki he anga-maʻá. Ke fakahoko ʻení, “ʻoku totonu ke mou ako ke ngāue ʻaki ʻa e anga-maʻá mo e anga-māʻoniʻoní”6 ʻaki hoʻo siʻaki mei hoʻo moʻuí ha faʻahinga meʻa ʻoku kovi mo ʻikai fenāpasi mo ha taha ʻokú ne maʻu ʻa e lakanga fakataulaʻeiki māʻoniʻoni ʻo e ʻOtuá. “Tuku ke ngaohi ke fakaʻofoʻofa maʻu ai pē ʻe he angamaʻá ʻa hoʻo ngaahi fakakaukaú; pea ʻe ʻāsili mālohi ʻa hoʻo falalá ʻi he ʻao ʻo e ʻOtuá; pea… ʻe hoko ʻa e Laumālie Māʻoniʻoní ko ho takaua maʻu ai pē.”7 Ko ia tokanga ki he meʻa fakafiefia ʻokú ke mamata ki ai ʻi he mītiá pe nusipepá. ʻI hoʻo moʻui angamaʻa ʻi ʻapi pea ʻi he moʻui ʻa hoʻo fānaú, ʻokú ke fakahaaʻi ai ki ho uaifí mo ho ngaahi ʻofefiné ʻa e ʻuhinga ʻo e ʻofa moʻoní. Te ke maʻu ha mālohi ʻi hoʻo moʻui maʻa fakatāutahá.

ʻOkú ke mahulu hake he hoko pē ko ha tauhi fakalao ki ho ʻofefiné. ʻAi ke ke kau longomoʻui atu ki he moʻui ho ʻofefiné. Tuku ke ne ʻiloʻi hoʻo ngaahi tuʻunga moʻuí, hoʻo ngaahi fakatetuʻá, ʻamanakí mo e ngaahi fakaʻānaua ki heʻene lavameʻá mo e fiefiá. Fakaʻekeʻeke ia, ʻai ke ke ʻilo hono ngaahi kaungāmeʻá pea aʻu pē ki he taimi ʻoku ʻi ai hano ngaahi kaumeʻá. Tokoniʻi ia ke mahino ki ai ʻa e mahuʻinga ʻo e akó. Tokoni ke mahino kiate ia ko e tefitoʻi moʻoni ʻo e teunga tāú ko ha maluʻi. Tokoni ki ai ke ne fili ʻa e hiva mo e mītia ʻoku fakaafeʻi mai ai ʻa e Laumālié pea ʻoku fenāpasi mo hono tuʻunga fakalangí. Kau he meʻa kotoa pē ʻi heʻene moʻuí. Pea kapau ʻoku ʻikai ke foki taimi totonu mai ki ʻapi ʻi heʻene kei ʻi he toʻu tupú mei haʻane teiti, ʻalu ʻo kumi mai ia. Te ne fakafepakiʻi koe mo tala atu kuó ke maumauʻi ʻene moʻui fakasōsialé, ka te ne ʻiloʻi loto pē ʻokú ke ʻofa ai pea ʻoku feʻunga hoʻo tokangá ke ke hoko ko hono tauhi.

ʻOku ʻikai ko ha kau tangata angamaheni kimoutolu. Koeʻuhí ko hoʻomou loto-toʻa ʻi he maama fakalaumālié, ne mou feʻunga ai ke hoko ko ha kau taki mo maʻu ʻa e mālohi ʻo e lakanga fakataulaʻeikí. Naʻa mou fakahaaʻi ai ʻa e “fuʻu tui lahi ʻaupito mo e ngaahi ngāue lelei,” pea ʻoku mou ʻi heni he taimi ní ke fai ʻa e meʻa tatau.8 ʻOku vaheʻi kimoutolu ʻe he lakanga fakataulaʻeikí.

ʻOku ou tui ko e ʻuluaki tāpuaki ʻeni mei he ngaahi tāpuaki lahi ʻo e lakanga fakataulaʻeikí te nau maʻu mei heʻenau ngaahi tamaí, koeʻuhí te nau fie maʻu ʻa e ngaahi tāpuaki ko iá ʻi he māmani te nau tutupu hake aí. ʻE mataʻikoloa ʻaki ʻe homou ʻofefiné ʻa e lakanga fakataulaʻeikí peá ne fakapapau ʻi hono lotó ko e meʻa ʻeni te ne fie maʻu ʻi hano ʻapi mo hano fāmili he kahaʻú. Manatu maʻu pē “ko e ngaahi totonu ʻo e lakanga fakataulaʻeikí kuo fakamaʻu taʻe lava ke veteki ki he ngaahi mālohi ʻo e langí” pea ʻe lava “ke mapuleʻi … pē ʻi he ngaahi founga ʻo e māʻoniʻoní.”9

Ngaahi tamai, ko e moʻungaʻi tangata kimoutolu ki homou ngaahi ʻofefiné. Ko ʻeku tamaí ʻa e moʻungaʻi tangata kiate aú. Ne u anga ʻaki ʻeku tatali kiate ia ʻi he sitepu homau ʻapí ke foki mai mei he ngāué he pō kotoa. Ne u saiʻia ʻi heʻeku feinga ke muimui heʻene foʻi laka kotoa pē. ʻOku ou kei fai pē ia.

Naʻa mou ʻilo nai ʻoku ‘i ai ha ivi tākiekina mālohi hoʻomou fakamoʻoní ki homou ngaahi ʻofefiné? Ne u ʻiloʻi naʻe ʻi ai e fakamoʻoni ʻeku tamaí. Ne u ʻiloʻi naʻá ne ʻofa ki he ʻEikí. Pea koeʻuhí naʻe ʻofa ʻeku tamaí ki he ʻEikí, ne u fai pehē foki mo au. Ne u ʻilo naʻá ne tokangaʻi e kau uitoú he naʻá ne fakaʻaongaʻi hono taimi mālōlō mei he ngāué ke vali e ʻapi ʻo e uitou he kaungāʻapí. Ne u fakakaukau ko e mālōlō lelei taha ia ki homau fāmilí he naʻá ne akoʻi au ke u poto he valí! Te mou faitāpuekina e moʻui homou ngaahi ʻofefiné ʻi he ngaahi taʻu ka hoko maí kapau te mou kumi ha ngaahi founga ke feohi ai mo kinautolu pea vahevahe ange hoʻomou fakamoʻoní.

ʻI he Tohi ʻa Molomoná, naʻe ului ʻa ʻĀpisi ʻi he vahevahe ange heʻene tamaí ʻene vīsone fakaofó. Talu mei ai mo ʻene tukulotoʻi ʻene fakamoʻoní ʻi he ngaahi taʻu lahi peá ne moʻui māʻoniʻoni ʻi ha māmani fulikivanu.

“… Kapau kuo tatau, pe ʻoku tatau, pe ʻe tatau ʻa e kakai kotoa pē mo Molonai, vakai, kuo luluʻi ai ʻo taʻengata ʻa e ngaahi mālohi ʻo helí; … kuo ʻikai maʻu ʻe he tēvoló ha mālohi ki he loto ʻo e fānau ʻa e tangatá.”12

Ngaahi tokoua, ngaahi tamai mo e kau talavou, “Faivelenga ki he ʻulungāanga fakaʻeiʻeiki ʻoku ʻiate koé.”13

Ko ia, te ke ohi fēfē hake ha kiʻi taʻahiné? ʻOfa heʻene faʻeé. Taki ho fāmilí ki he temipalé, hoko ko ha taha maluʻi ʻo e angamaʻá, pea fakahoko totonu ho fatongia ʻo e lakanga fakataulaʻeikí. Ngaahi tamai, kuo fakafalala atu kiate kimoutolu ngaahi ʻofefine fakaʻeiʻeiki ʻo e Tamai Hēvaní ke mou tauhi. ʻOku nau angamaʻa pea ʻoku fili kinautolu. Ko ʻeku lotú ia ke mou tokangaʻi kinautolu, fakamālohia kinautolu, hoko ko ha faʻifaʻitakiʻanga ʻo e ʻulungāanga maʻá, pea akoʻi kinautolu ke nau molomolo muivaʻe ʻi he Fakamoʻuí—he ʻokú Ne moʻui! ʻI he huafa ʻo Sīsū Kalaisí, ʻēmeni.
