Pradhaan Thomas S. Monson dwara
Hum kahan se aaye? Hum yahan kyun hai? Hum is jiwan ke baad kahan jaaenge? Ab yeh sawaal bina jawaab ke nahin rahenge.

Mere priye bhaaiyon aur bahanon, aaj subha main aapse anant sachchaaiyon ki charcha karna chahata hoon—woh sachchaaiyaan jo hamare jiwan ko bharpur karegi aur hamein surakchit ghar pahunchaegi.

Har jagah log raftaar mein rehte hai. Raftaar se chalnewaali hawaiijahaj apne anmol maushye samaan ko bade deshon aur maha sagaron ko paar karke raftaar se jaate hai taaki vyaparik sabhaen ho sake, zimmedaariyaan puri ho sake, chuttiyaan manaai jaaye, ya parivaaron se bhent ki jaaye. Raaste har jagah—jismein shaamil hai khaali raaste, andar se jaane waale raaste aur gaadi ke raaste—laakho gaadiyon ka maarg hoti hai, unmein aur laakho log hote hai, ek anant dikhne waale dhaara mein aur kai kaaranon se hum har din ke vayvasae mein daud lagate hai.

Is tez-gati ke jiwan mein, kya hum gehri soch ke palon ke liye rukte hai—jaise anant sachchaiyon ki soch?

Jab anant sachchaaiyon se tulna ki jaaye, daenik jiwan ke zyaada sawaal aur chintaen bahut maamuli hote hai. Kya banae sanjh ke bhojan mein? Mukhye kamre ka kya rang hoga? Kya hamein Johnny ko soka ke liye bhejna hai? Yeh aur kai anye sawaal inke jaise apna mahatva kho dete hai jab musibatein aati hai, jab priyejan ko dukh ya chot aati hai, jab achche swaasth waale ghar mein beemaari aati hai, jab jiwan ka mombatti dhalne lagta hai aur andhera chata hai. Hamare soch thos ho jaate hai, aur hum aasaani se nishchay kar pate hai ki kya zaroori aur kya maamuli hai.

Mainne haal hi mein ek mahila se bhent kiya jo ek jiwan-khatre ke beemari ko jhel rahi thi do saalon se. Usne bataya uske beemari se pehle, uske din gatividhiyon se bhare rehte the jaise ghar ki safaai achchi tarah karna aur use sundar saamaano se bharna. Woh apne baalon ko sawaarne hafte mein 2 baar jaati thi aur har mahine paesa aur samay bitati kapdon ko kharidne mein. Uske naati-pote ko bahut baar nahin bulaya jaata tha, kyunki woh hamesha chintit rehti uske anmol sampati toot jaaenge ya chote laaparwaah haathon se nasht ho jaaenge.

Aur phir use ashcharye karne waali khabar mili ki uska maranshil jiwan khatre mein hai aur uske paas bahut kam samay bacha hai. Usne kaha jab usne daactar se khabar suni, woh usi waqt jaan gayi ki uska bacha hua samay uske parivaar aur doston ke saath beetega aur susamachaar uske jiwan ka mukhye bhaag hoga, kyunki yeh sab hi to uske liye sabse anmol the.

Saaf nirnay ke ayse pal hum sab ko milte hai kisi na kisi samay, bhale hamesha aysi stithi mein nahin. Hum saaf taur se jaan lete hai kya sabse avashyak hai hamare jiwan mein aur kaise hamein jeena chahiye.

Uddhaarkarta ne kaha:

“Apne liye prithvi par dhan ikattha na karo, jahan kida aur kaai bigaadte hai, aur jahan chor sendh lagate aur churate hai:

“Parantu apne liye swarg mein dhan ikattha karo, jahan na to kida aur na kaai bigaadte hai, aur jahan chor na sendh lagate aur na churate hai:

“Kyunki jahan tera dhan hai wahan tera mann bhi laga rahega.”1

Gehri nirnay ke hamare samay mein ya bahut zaroorat ke samay mein, manushye ka aatma swarg ki or jaata hai, jiwan ke sabse bade sawaalon ka divye jawaab dhoondhte hue: Hum kaha se aaye? Hum yahan kyun hai? Is jiwan ke baad hum kahan jaenge?

In sawaalon ke jawaab vigyaan ke kitaab ya Internet par jaane se nahin milta. Yeh sawaal maranshilta se bade hai. Woh anantta tak pahunchta hai.

Hum kahan se aaye? Yah sawaal hamesha socha jaata hai, agar pucha nahin jaata, har ek manushye dwara.

Devdut Paul ne Mars’ Pahaad par Athenians ko batlaya ki “hum Parmeshwar ke vansh hai.”2 Jabki hum jaante hai ki hamare shareer hamare maranshil maata-pita ki den hai, hamein Paul ke baaton ka matlab dhoondhna chahiye. Prabhu ne ghoshna ki hai ki “manushye ka aatma aur shareer uska aatma hai.”3 Is liye aatma Parmeshwar ki den hai. Hebrew pustak ka lekhak Usko “aatmaaon ka Pita” kehta hai.4 Sabhi manushye ki aatma puri tarah se Uske “priye putra aur putriyaan hai.”5

Hum likhte hai ki prerit shaaero ne, hamare is vishay ki charcha ke liye, ehsaas bhare sandesh aur shresht vichaar likhe hai. William Wordsworth ne sachchaai likhi:

Hamara janam sirf ek sona aur ek bhulna hai:
Woh aatma jo hamare saath jaagti hai, hamare jiwan ka Sitara,
Kahi aur tha uska dhalna,
Aur door se aaye hai:
Sab bhulne ke liye nahin,
Aur pure khule mein nahin,
Magar mahima ke baadalo ko le kar aaye
Parmeshwar ke paas se, jo hamara ghar hai:
Hamare bachpan mein swarg hamare paas hota hai!6

Maata-pita apne sikshan dene, prerna dene, aur maarg dikhane, nirdesh karne, aur uddharan dene ke zimmedaari ke baare mein sochte hai. Aur jab maata-pita sochte hai, bachche—aur khaaskar yuva—yeh gehra sawaal puchte hai, kyun hum yahan hai? Zyaadatar yeh aatma se dhire se pucha jaata hai aur kaha jaata hai, main kyun yahan hoon?

.

Spashtta se, ek mukhye lakshye hamare jiwit rehne ka is dharti par hai ki hum chamda aur haddi ka shareer paaye. Hamein bhi chunne ki shakti mili hai. Hazaro tarike se hamara saobhaagya hai ki hum khud chun sakte hai. Yahan hum anubhav ke kaaryekarta se kathin seekh lete hai. Hum achchaai aur buraai ke beech chunaao karte hai. Hum kadwa aur meetha mein antar dekhte hai. Hum jaan paate hai ki hamare karmon ke parinaam bhi hai.

Parmeshwar ke aagyaaon ka paalan karke, hum us “ghar” ke yogye honge jo Ishu ne kaha tha Apni ghoshna mein: “Mere Pita ke ghar mein bahut se rehne ke sthaan hai. …main tumhare liye jagah tayyaar karne jaata hoon…ki jahan main rahun, wahan tum bhi raho.”7

.

Parmeshwar, hamare Pita, aur Ishu Masih, hamare Prabhu, ne siddhta ka maarg tay kiya hai. Woh chahate hai hum anant sachchaaiyon ka picha karein aur siddh bane, jaise Woh siddh hai.8

Devdut Paul ne jiwan ki tulna ek daud se kiya. Hebrews ko usne kaha, “To aao …us uljhanewaale paap ko door karke, woh daud jismein hamein daudna hai, dheeraj se daude.”9

Apne josh mein, hum Ecclesiastes ke gyaani salaah ko na bhule: “Na to daud mein raftaar daudnewaale aur na yudh mein shurveer jeette.”10 Vaastav mein, inaam uska hota jo ant tak jhelta hai.

Jab main jiwan ke daud ke baare mein sochta hoon, main ek alag tarah ke daud ko yaad karta hoon, yahan tak ki bachpan ke dinon se. Mere doston aur main jeb mein rakhne waali churi haath mein lekar aur, ek latakti daali ka ped ke lakdi se, hum chote naao banate. Ek triangle aakar ke kapde ke sail ko lagakar, hum sab apna naao daud mein lagate Utah Provo ke Nadi mein. Hum nadi ke tat par daudte aur apne chote naao ko tez lehro mein kabhi dolte dekhte aur kabhi shaant se behte hue dekhte jab paani gehra hota.

Ek daud ke daoraan humne dekha ki ek naao anye sabhi naaowon ko antim lakeer ke disha mein le jaane mein pratham thi. Achanak, bahaao ne use bhawar ke bahut nazdeek le gaya aur naao ek taraf ki hokar gir padi. Gol gol woh ghumti gayi, mukhye bahao mein na waapas aa saki. Ant mein woh haar maan kar aaraam karne lagi apne aaspaas ke behte cheezon ke beech, kaai ki shikanj mein fasa hua.

Bachpan ke khelne ki naao mein sthirta ki pendi, nirdeshan ke liye patwaar, aur shakti ka saadhan nahin tha. Nisandeh, unka manzil niche ki dhara tha—kam virodh ka maarg.

Khilaone ke naao ki tarah nahin, magar hamein divye lachan praapt hue hai hamare yaatra mein nirdeshan ke liye. Hum maranshilta mein daakhil hote hai sirf bahaao mein behne ke liye nahin magar sochne, samajhne, aur haasil karne ki shakti ke saath.

Hamare Swarg ke Pita ne hamein hamare anant yaatra mein bina saadhan diye nahin choda jisse ki hum Unse maargdarshan paa sake ek surakshit waapsi ka. Main prarthna par bolunga. Main us shaant, choti awaaz ke fusfusaahat par bolunga; aur main pavitra dharamshaastra ko nazarandaaz nahin karta, jismein Prabhu ke vaani aur bhavishyevaktaaon ke shabd hai—jo hamein diya gaya antim lakeer ko safalta purwak paar karne ke liye.

Hamare maranshil mission ke kisi samay, ek ladkharaata kadam aata hai, ek phika hasi, beemari ki peeda—yahan tak ki garmi ka khatm hona, patjhad ka aana, sardi ki thandi, aur woh anubhav jise hum maut kehte hai.

Har ek budhimaan vyakti ne khud se yeh sawaal kiya hoga jo pehle ke Job ne sabse behtar likha: “Agar ek aadmi mar jaaye, kya woh phir ji sakta hai?”11 Hum jitni bhi koshish karein is sawaal ko apne soch se baahar karne ke liye, woh hamesha lautega. Maut sabhi maanav jaati ko aati hai. Woh budhe logo ko aata hai jab woh ladkhadaate paaon se chalte hai. Uske pukaar unke dwara sune jaate hai jo jiwan ke safar mein sirf aadhe dur pahunche hai. Kabhi kabhi woh chote bachchon ke hasi ko shaant kar deta hai.

Par kya hoga mrityu ke baad ke jiwan ka? Kya mrityu sab kuch ka ant hai? Robert Blatchford, ne apne kitaabGod and My Neighbor mein, swikrit Isaai vishwaas jaise Parmeshwar, Masih, prarthna, aur khaaskar amaranshilta par josh se hamla kiya. Usne nidarta se kaha ki mrityu hamare upasthiti ka ant hai aur ki koi bhi iske atirikt nahin keh sakta. Us samay ek ashcharyejanak baat hui. Uske avishwaas ka deewaar achanak gir gaya. Woh sareaam aur bina samarthan ke reh gaya. Dhire dhire woh apna maarg dhoondhne laga us vishwaas ki or jise usne khilli kiya aur chod diya tha. Uske bartaao mein itna bada badlaao kaise aaya? Uski patni ki mrityu ho gayi thi. Ek niraash hriday ke saath woh us kamre mei gaya jahan uski marahsilta ki cheezein thi. Usne ek baar phir us chehre ko dekha jisse woh prem karta tha. Baahar aate, usne ek dost se kaha: “Woh, woh hai aur phir bhi woh woh nahin hai. Sab kuch badal gaya hai. Jo kuch pehle wahan tha ab le liya gaya hai. Woh usi tarah ki nahin rahi. Kya jaa sakta hai agar woh aatma nahin?”

Baad mein usne likha: “Mrityu woh nahin jo kuch log samajhte hai. Woh kisi aur kamre mein jaane jaisa hai. Us dusre kamre mein hamein milega … woh priye mahilaaen aur purush aur dulare bachche jinhe humne pyaar kiya aur kho diya hai.”12

Mere bhaaiyon aur bahanon, hum jaante hai ki mrityu ant nahin hai. Yeh sachchaai jiwit bhavishyevaktaaon dwara sadiyon se sikhlayi jaa rahi hai. Woh hamare pavitra dharamshaastra mein bhi paaya jaata hai. Mormon Dharamshaastra mein hum khaas aur sahanubhuti ke shabd padhte hai:

“Aur ab, mrityu aur punarjiwit hone ke madhye mein aatma ki sthiti par—Suno, ek swargdut ke dwara mujhe yeh maalum hua ki sabhi logon ki aatma jaise hi is maranshil deh se alag hoti hai, waise hi, sabhi logon ki aatma chahe woh bhali ho ya buri, us Parmeshwar ke paas le jaayi jaati hai jisne unhe jiwan diya tha.

“Aur tab aysa kiya jaaega ki dhaarmik logon ki aatmaaon ko woh anand praapt hoga, jise swarg kehte hai, jo ki vishraam aur shaanti ka woh samay hoga jahan apne sabhi kashton, chintaaon aur dukhon se chutkara milega.”13

Uddhaarkarta ke krus par chadhane ke baad aur Uske sharir ko kabra mein teen dinon tak sulane ke baad, aatma phir se prawesh hui. Patthar ko hataya gaya, aur punarjiwit Muktidaata saamne aaya, ek maas aur haddi ke ek amaranshil sharir ke saath.

Job ke sawaal, “Agar ek aadmi mar jaaye, kya woh phir ji sakta hai?” ka jawaab mila jab Mary aur anye log kabra ke paas gaye aur do aadmiyon ko chamkile kapdon mein wahan paaya jinhone unse kaha: “Tum jiwit ko mare huwon mein kyun dhoondhti ho? Woh yahan nahin, parantu ji utha hai.”14

Masih ke mrityu par vijay paane ke kaaran, hum bhi punarjiwit honge. Yeh aatma ki mukti hai. Paul ne likha: “Swargiye deh hai aur maranshil deh: par swargiye dehon ka tej aur hai, aur maranshil deh ka tej alag.”15

.

Hum kahan se aaye? Hum yahan kyun hai? Hum is jiwan ke baad kahan jaaenge? Ab yeh sawaal bina jawaab ke nahin rahenge. Mere aatma ke gehraai se aur pure vinamrata se, main gawahi deta hoon ki yeh sab sach hai jo mainne kaha hai.

Hamare swarg ke Pita unse khush hota hai jo Unki aagyaaon ka paalan karte hai. Woh khoye hue bachche ke liye bhi chintit hai, woh sust, ziddhi yuvak, woh doshi maata ya pita. Komalta se Swami inse aur sab se kehta hai: “Piche aao. Upar utho. Andar aao. Ghar lauto. Mere paas aao.”

Ek hafte mein hum Easter manaaenge. Hamare soch Uddhaarkarta ki jiwan, Uski mrityu, aur Uska Punarjiwan ke or rahenge. Unke khaas gawaah ke rup se, main tumhe gawahi deta hoon ki Woh jiwit hai aur Woh hamare shaandaar waapasi ka intazaar kar raha hai. Ki hamara aysa waapsi ho, main vinamrata se prarthna karta hoon Unke pavitra naam se—jo hai Ishu Masih, hamara Uddhaarkarta aur hamara Muktidaata, amen.
