About the Auditing System

Overview

The Local Unit Financial Auditing System (LUFAS) is an internet application that allows authorized users to:

  • Perform unit financial audits online.
  • Track the progress of unit audit submissions.
  • Review audit exceptions and report that they are resolved.
  • Print paper audit forms.
  • Create various reports.

The auditing system is used only for financial audits of stakes, districts, wards, branches, and certain family history centers. It is not used to audit membership records, missions, facilities management groups, or recreational properties.
