Return and Exchange Period
All items, other than annual curriculum items, are encouraged to be returned or exchanged within 90 calendar days after the date you received the item. Annual curriculum items are encouraged to be returned or exchanged by the later of (i) the last day of March or (ii) 90 calendar days after the date you received the items.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return or exchange an item you ordered online or over the phone, please contact Customer Support for instructions and to obtain a return authorization number. You may return or exchange an item by mail, or, if the item is sold at your local Distribution Store, the distribution store, in its sole discretion, may agree to receive the item. However, if you return an item to a distribution store, the amount of your refund will be limited to the current selling price of that item in the store and will be issued in accordance with the refund policy described below.
Unless we made an error with your order or we provide you with a return label, you will be required to pay return shipping for your return or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip.
Unless a product is defective, or a garment item does not fit, returns and exchanges will only be accepted if:
- The item is in new condition;
- The item is returned with all original packaging and accessories;
- Media items (for example, music and movies) are unopened and still in their plastic wrap; and
- Clothing is unworn.
Refunds will generally be issued in the same method and currency of payment as the original payment, but we may choose, in our sole discretion, to issue refunds in another form or currency as we deem appropriate. If you return an item purchased online or over the phone to a distribution store, the amount of your refund will be limited to the current selling price of that item in the distribution store.
Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items
If an item you ordered is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not arrive, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please contact Customer Support to arrange for a replacement. Requests to replace defective, damaged, or missing items must be made within 90 calendar days of the day you ordered the item.
For food storage items, refunds or replacements will only be given for the portion of the order that is damaged.
Personalized or Customized Items
Unless there was an error with your order, items that have been personalized or customized may not be returned or exchanged.
If you are unsure of your size, test the fit with one item before opening others. Please contact Customer Support if you receive defective garments or the wrong size.
Please contact Customer Support if you do not receive an issue of a magazine or if you are not satisfied with your magazine purchase. Under certain circumstances, the magazine subscription can be canceled and a refund received for any remaining issues.
Special Right of Revocation for Customers in Germany
For customers in Germany, the following right of revocation will apply as required by German law. However, to the extent that the general return policy described above is more favorable to the customer and does not conflict with German law, it will also apply to customers in Germany.
Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within a period of fourteen days without giving any reason.
The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party you designate, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, c/o Returns, Steinmühlstraße 16, 61352 Bad Homburg, Germany, of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the sample revocation form linked below, but this is not required.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract was received by us. For such repayment, we will use the same payment you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged for any such reimbursement. However, we can refuse the repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have proven that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods immediately to us at: Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, c/o Returns, Steinmühlstraße 16, 61352 Bad Homburg, Germany, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the revocation of this contract. The time limit shall be met if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.
Unless we made an error with your order or we provide you with a return label, you will have to bear the delivery costs for returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is attributable to the handling of the goods which is not necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

This Return Policy may change from time to time, so please review it upon submission of each order, even if you have reviewed it before. Your continued use of the Store following the posting of changes to the Return Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
