Reach the Soul

I have been a member of the Church for nine years. During that time, I have always read the Liahona (Spanish). It transports me to a wonderful world and permits me to see that I have very special brothers and sisters throughout the Church.

I am nineteen years old, and I particularly like to read the articles for young people.

The magazine has a positive influence upon my life. It contains messages that touch my spirit and help me follow the Lord’s teachings.

Thank you for such a wonderful magazine.

A Compass of Learning

I am from the Independencia Ward in San Pedro Sacatepequez, San Marcos, Guatemala. My family has been in the Church for thirty years. We were among the first converts in the area.

Like members of the Church everywhere, we are reminded by the Brethren to remember and keep the sacred covenants we have made by attending our meetings, studying the scriptures, visiting the temple, and reading the Liahona (Spanish).

As a writer, I enjoy the counsel that appears in the magazine and the literary content. I also enjoy the words of inspiration from the Brethren in general conference addresses.

As we know, all knowledge obtained in this world will go with us into the next. Thanks to the Liahona for being a compass of learning.

The Great Miracle

During the thirty-one years that I have been a member of the Church, I have seen many wonderful things happen around me. But the one that thrills me the most is the great miracle of seeing people change and improve their lives by accepting the gospel of Jesus Christ.

May the Lord bless you, and may you continue publishing the magazines of the Church, because they make me very happy.
