Piuta Recreation Camp is located in the Soapstone Basin of the Wasatch National Forest. Its location in the Uintah Mountains among a stand of mature pine trees at an elevation of 8,900 feet makes it a delightful site during the summer months. The Camp is used for about 10 weeks each summer, primarily as a camp for young women.
