Known as Battle of the Bulls Camp because the property is in the vicinity of where the Mormon Battalion fought the Battle of the Bulls. It is primitive camping requiring portable toilets.
There is a small ramada, which works out well for cooking. There is also a large fire pit with logs around it for seating. A gas generator runs the well.
During monsoon season, the property, which is located alongside a river basin, is subject to flooding. So avoid camping there in July and August.
It is recommended that Young Women not camp there because of the remoteness and security issues with the Mexican Border.
