The Race

I messed up in the last race.

I feel really bad.

I’ve practiced and practiced

to make up for that mistake.

I think I’m ready to ask for

another chance.

The best thing is

that my Coach will give me

all the chances I want.

He’s not concerned with winning

every time.

Only my eventual mastery of

the Race.
