    First-Place Hymn

    1. We, the youth in Zion’s army,

    Warriors true of righteousness,

Heed the call to spread the kingdom,

    Saints unite, and nations bless.

    Chorus

    Hear, O Lord, our declaration:

We are built on stable ground.

    Messengers of Thy salvation,

May our hearts with Thee be found!

    2. Free from Satan’s foul oppression,

Free to choose a greater plan,

    Heeding ever His direction,

    With Jehovah we shall stand.

    Chorus

    3. Guided like a steadfast arrow,

    Scriptures witnessing the truth,

    Hearing prophets warn of peril,

    Onward, then, O Zion’s youth!

    Chorus

    4. Sound the trumpet! Christ is coming—

He who saves us from defeat.

    We’ll prepare and serve Him humbly;

Christ, our King, we soon shall greet!

    Chorus
