Come unto Christ

a man baptizing another man

In speaking of our responsibility as members of the Church, President Henry B. Eyring taught: “Every member of the Church, upon accepting the baptismal covenant, becomes a disciple who has promised to stand as a witness of Jesus Christ at all times in any place he or she may be in. The purpose of our witness is to invite people to come unto Him.”

He then stated, “All of us should be intensely interested in learning how to issue that invitation effectively.”

Read “Come unto Christ” in the March 2008 Liahona or Ensign to learn from President Eyring how we can best give this most important invitation.
