Sin

    Willful disobedience to God’s commandments.

    • He that covereth his sins shall not prosper:Prov. 28:13;
    • Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow:Isa. 1:18;
    • Sinners shall die, and the righteous shall be saved:Ezek. 18;
    • The Lamb of God taketh away the sins of the world:John 1:29;
    • Be baptized, and wash away thy sins:Acts 22:16;
    • The wages of sin is death:Rom. 6:23;
    • To him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin:James 4:17;
    • Wilt thou make me that I may shake at the appearance of sin:2 Ne. 4:31;
