Cover Note: The famed Christus by the nineteenth century Danish artist Bertel Thorvaldsen was reproduced several years ago by Aldo Rebechi, an Italian sculptor. It now stands in the Visitors Center on Temple Square in Salt Lake City with a panorama of the universe in the background. The open arms of Jesus Christ relate in part to the article on page 8, “The Universality of the Gospel.”
