Grandland Singers Entertain Children

“Project Happiness” became a reality for the one hundred members of the Grandland Singers recently when they visited the Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City and presented a concert there. Created through the Young Adult program of the Melchizedek Priesthood MIA, the Grandland Singers are based at Cerritos College, Norwalk, California. Their continuing service project, “Project Happiness,” is a plan to raise funds for the Primary Children’s Hospital. According to Raymond E. Ferguson, national chairman of the project, the group members have introduced the project to Young Adults all over the nation and have adopted as their personal project to get others enthused and support the program.
