Inside front: Preparing the Publication of the Danish Book of Mormon, by Scott M. Snow, oil on canvas, 36″ x 48″, 2000. Elder Erastus Snow of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and Peter O. Hansen put the final proofreading touches on the Book of Mormon in Danish 150 years ago in Copenhagen. Its printing in 1851 was the first publication of the Book of Mormon in a language other than English.
Inside back: Land Bountiful, by Garth Oborn, oil on canvas, 40″ x 60″, 2000. The Bountiful Utah Temple, in its foothill setting north of Salt Lake City, is spotlighted by a setting sun painting the Wasatch Mountain peaks above it in hues of pink and gold on an early autumn evening.
