Christmas Advent Calendar

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (John 3:17.)

Instructions

  1. Open staples in middle of magazine and remove advent calendar, then close staples. Cut dashed lines of pathway. Also cut marked slots.

  2. Mount calendar on heavy paper, gluing only around edges.

  3. Cut apart numbered squares on dashed lines.

  4. Carefully open each numbered flap on pathway, glue corresponding numbered square inside, and close flap.

  5. Cut out pictures of travelers and manger scene. Slip travelers into slots at beginning of pathway. Put aside manger scene until Christmas day.

  6. Beginning December 1, fold back one flap each day and do activity. On Christmas day remove travelers and place manger scene in appropriate slots of stable.
