Reaction time

Your reaction time is important in many things. Often a fast reaction will keep you from harm or from making a mistake. For example, a car turns the corner just as you start to cross the street. The faster the message that you are in danger travels from your eyes to your brain, and the message to move travels to your feet, the better chance you have of reaching a place of safety.
