Father’s Day Strawberry Treats

Put butter in large bowl; use some to grease sides of bowl.

Stir in syrup, vanilla, and salt.

Blend in confectioners’ sugar all at once, and keep stirring until mixture is of doughlike consistency.

Roll out dough till it is very thin.

Cut dough into triangles just large enough for each triangle to cover one strawberry (see illustration). Pinch dough shut around each strawberry.

Place wrapped strawberries in airtight container, and freeze 15 minutes.
