Road to Peace and Joy

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (John 14:27.)

Instructions: Mount pages 24–25 and 27 on lightweight cardboard. Cut out the game wheel and pointer, punch holes where indicated, and fasten together with a brass fastener. Use different-color buttons for markers.

To play: Each player chooses a button for a marker and places it on Start. Players then take turns spinning the pointer, moving their markers forward to the corresponding pictures, then telling how they can feel peace and joy by what is pictured. Check the possible answer(s) listed on the spinner under the picture. Additional answers are possible. When the spinner points to a Stop sign, it becomes the next player’s turn. A player travels the road until he reaches the last space, then waits until his next turn to move to Peace and Joy.
