Riding the Sky Herd

In dreams each night, I go riding

Among the silvery stars.

Sitting on a fluffy white cloud,

I circle Venus and Mars.

I bump along the Milky Way,

Astride my marshmallow steed,

Roping a straggling star or two

From the sky herd that I lead.

Through the sky I go wandering,

Across the heavens I fly,

In and out among the stars

Watching the world go by.
