God sent His Son Jesus Christ to help us. You can have power from Jesus Christ when you do these things:

  • Learn about the Savior. Several years ago I read and underlined every verse in the scriptures about Jesus Christ. When I finished, I told my wife, “I am a different man!”

  • Study “The Living Christ.” It is a testimony about Jesus Christ from the prophets and apostles.

  • Be willing to stand out, speak up, and be different from the people of the world.

  • Try to look to Jesus in every thought (see Doctrine and Covenants 6:36). When you do, your doubts and fears will flee.

  • Make sacred covenants and keep them.

Jesus is the Christ! His power is available to each one of you.

Help Our Kindness Garden Grow!

Lots of different things grow in a garden—flowers, veggies, and even bugs. And there are lots of different ways to show kindness. This year we’re growing a garden filled with kind deeds from you!

Send Us a Kind Deed!

  1. Cut out a paper garden plant or creature. It can be a flower, veggie, bug, or even a worm!

  2. Write about a kind deed you did—or one someone did for you.

  3. Send it to us! See page 39 to find out how.

  4. Watch the Friend each month to see how our kindness garden is growing!

Primary children from Osun State, Nigeria, made flowers for the kindness garden!
