BYU Hawaii has teamed up with Bank of Hawaii to create the Pacific Banking Scholarship Program, offering scholarships, internships, and job placements for students resident of (or have the ability to reside in) Guam, Saipan or American Samoa. This partnership is a school-to-work programme aimed to develop business and leadership skills. Qualified students will be selected for a two to three month paid internship and will eventually qualify to apply for a full time position. The scholarship helps students receive a reward for academic performance, incorporate work into the college experience, and return home debt free.
