As a wiki missionary, you can contribute to FamilySearch.org by maintaining the FamilySearch Wiki. This will be accomplished as you embark on projects to correct old information, fix broken links, and add new articles or images into the wiki. Unit members will teach you wikitext and various computer skills and programs needed to complete the projects. You can serve from the headquarters in Salt Lake City or from your own home.
Who Can Serve: Full- and Part-time Missionaries

- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with processing and spreadsheet programs is also preferred but can be taught
Read about the experience missionaries are having as they make a lasting impact:
“When I was assigned to my mission, I didn’t know what to expect. I have discovered that my computer skills and attention to detail are of value to my assigned unit. I enjoy the contributions I am able to make. In addition, I have learned much about the Wiki and have gained an increased desire to find my own deceased ancestors. The missionaries and coworkers I associate with make me feel at home and welcome. I am happy to serve my Heavenly Father in this needed capacity.”
