Being baptized and confirmed a member of the Church is one important step on the covenant path. Jesus Christ was baptized to set an example for us. When you are baptized, you are following Jesus.

For a long time, I looked forward to my baptism because it was the first covenant I’d make with God. Even though most people couldn’t come to my baptism because of the pandemic, it was so special because I felt the love of the Savior.
