被惡鬼附身的人

有一個人住在加利利海邊的墳場裡，有惡鬼附在他身上，使他的行為狂暴粗野。有人用鐵鍊捆住他，想要約束他，但是他把鍊子弄斷了。

那個人從早到晚，常在山中和洞穴裡喊叫，又用石頭砍自己。

有一天，耶穌和門徒乘船渡過加利利海。救主下船時，那個人向救主跑過去。

耶穌要惡鬼離開那個人。惡鬼知道耶穌是神的兒子，就求耶穌不要傷害他。

The unclean spirit says his name is Legion and begged Jesus to send them into the swine - ch.25-5
救主問惡鬼叫什麼名字，他說：「我名叫『群』」。「群」就是很多的意思。有很多惡鬼附在那個人身上，這些惡鬼求耶穌讓他們附在附近的豬群身上。

耶穌答應了，那些惡鬼就離開那個人，附在大約2,000頭豬的身上，結果那些豬都從山上衝到海裡淹死了。

看管這一群豬的人跑到城裡，把發生的事告訴人們。人們就來看耶穌和那個野人，但是那個人已經不再粗暴狂野了。

The people were afraid of Jesus and asked Him to go away - ch.25-8
由於這件事，人們很怕耶穌，就要祂離開那裡，所以耶穌又回到船上。

那個人被治好後，想要跟隨救主。救主卻要他回家，把發生在他身上的事告訴他的朋友。

那個人告訴他的朋友之後，他們對於耶穌偉大的能力都感到很驚訝。
